Heating and cooling work across Warwickshire
South Warwickshire is a straight run for us up the A46 and A429, which puts Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the villages around Shipston-on-Stour comfortably inside the patch.
This part of the county is a real mix, and the two halves of it need different things. Central Warwick and Stratford have a lot of old, tightly packed period property in conservation areas, where the awkward part of a boiler replacement is rarely the boiler. It is where the flue can go, how the condensate gets away, and doing all of that without anything ugly appearing on a frontage that is not yours to alter. Leamington adds another version of the same problem: large Victorian and Edwardian villas split into flats, each wanting its own boiler and its own flue on a building that was never designed for six of them.
Then there are the newer estates around the edges of Stratford and Warwick, which are the opposite. Standard layouts, accessible pipework, and a boiler swap or an air conditioning install that is genuinely straightforward. Worth knowing which of the two you have before you assume a job will be expensive.
