Heating stopped 12th Feb just as cold snap starting. Looked up Trust a trader, sent text to Harry. Got a quick response and he fitted us in on Friday 13th. Identified it was a receiver/thermostat issue. Asked if we could get by until Monday as he didn't have the part which we said we could. He rang 30 minutes after leaving and after reviewing weather conditions which were markedly worsening and said he could come back after another job. He returned and fitted new receiver and gave us a much more user friendly thermostat to use going forward. Showed him another job in our home to schedule works as a result. First impressions were great solidified upon meeting Harry and his professional, personable manner. Highly recommend.

We had radiators moved and replaced in our home and a leaky toilet fixed. Harry made the process really easy for us and even ordered relevant parts for us (making it even easier). Work was completed to a really high standard and our house was left clean and tidy. He was able to help us out quickly and had great communication (phoning back the same day we enquired). Would highly recommend!
